Sheet Metal
The Department operates in the mechanical industry of middle and high precision . The main activity is the production of metal sheet parts, to which is flanked by the design and prototyping. The offered service is completed with the assembly of the various assemblies. The Company has qualified for the various welding processes MIG / MAG, TIG, Electrode, SUBMERGED ARC.Main Services: laser systems of high energy density, Plasma HD, in 2D and 3D waterjet bending, welding.

A decade of experience matured in the Italian and German markets has made the establishment a point of reference for the management of the orders relating to the production and scheduling of all processes.Main Services: turning and milling cnc, traditional machining, department-adjusting.

Production of mechanical components for the industry, specialized in areas such as energy, aeronautic, automotive, railways, power transmissions, industrial and food plants. The factory has a modern fleet, ten qualified employees led by a skilled executive who has thirty years of experience.Main Services: CNC turning and milling metrology lab, plastic extrusion.

Specialized in the production of hydraulic power units and cylinders of every variety and size, the plant is stated at an international level.Particular care is taken in the choice of materials and in the many controls which are applied to the products, to ensure the strength and durability.
Main Services: manufacturing of cylinders and hydraulic power units, production of mini power units CPI, resistance tests.

A UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification for the design and construction of molds makes the establishment a vanguard of quality in its sector. The fleet is operated by the last generation software, able to provide the maximum accuracy and reliability in all stages of the production process.Main Services: carpentry precision engineering, welding and assembly jigs, metal sheet stamping cold.
